Access Control

Many building operators want to see in real time who enters where, which doors are open and which are properly locked, define access profiles to manage access quickly and easily. In some areas this is important and necessary, in others perhaps less. We advise you comprehensively on pros and cons and interim solutions. We also offer interesting solutions that involve the staff council and works council and guarantee the necessary data protection.

All variants of access control:

  • Radio-Online systems
Radio-networked systems are an excellent and economical alternative for existing equipment. Radio routers are set at central points, which inform the unwired, battery-powered cylinders and readers of the latest changes. All that is required is to connect the Ethernet and power cable to the router. How many routers are required is measured by our technical field service during project planning with suitable equipment, possible sources of interference are determined and eliminated.
  • Wired systems
Wired systems are the safest variant of electronic locking technology – reliable, fail-safe, fast. Each cylinder and each reader unit is directly connected to the software. Locks, changes and reprogrammings are transferred directly to the components without delay. Inspections and accesses can be monitored in real time. Since every door is wired, wired systems are the easiest to implement in new buildings
  • Virtual network
In the virtual network or in other words Network on Card, the programming is not written on the components on the door, but on the keys (transponders). This presupposes that users have to collect their new data regularly from wired book readers. These readers can be installed in the time recording terminal, at a turning cross or at other points. If regular booking is given, this technique works perfectly.
  • Biometry
If you want to do without identification media completely, biometrics is the appropriate technology. Fingerprint readers, hand vein scanners and iris readers are available here.
  • PIN Code Fittings
PIN code fittings can be a great help as an easy-to-install individual solution. There is no need to issue keys for the equipped door, they are intuitive to use and the PIN number can be easily changed again if required. Some models are approved for fire doors and use existing drilling patterns, so the door is not damaged. PIN Code fittings build a bridge between proven mechanics and cost-intensive digital systems. Because for a single door there is a great imbalance between the costs for programming equipment, commissioning, training on the one hand and the (few) components actually installed on the door on the other – you can prevent this with individual solutions without software and without additional equipment.  We offer solutions from various manufacturers and are also your independent specialist consultant in this area.
