If an order is received before 6 p.m., it will be dispatched on the same day, subject to availability.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Order by telephone until 11 a.m. and your goods will be delivered on the same day until 4 p.m. *
*Applies to car/station wagon transportable goods. Larger deliveries on request.

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard shipping (up to 31.5 kg): Standard 4.95 € | Dangerous goods 14.95 €

Transport within Germany is free domicile for parcels with a value of 150.00 € or, for freight forwarding, free place of receipt including packaging. Bulky goods or heavy goods and dangerous goods are excluded from free delivery. In this case, delivery ex works, carriage forward, plus packaging.

For orders under 150.00 €, shipping and packaging costs of 4.95 € will be charged.

RETURNS

1. tell us what you want to send back. Return documents will be sent to you immediately with the corresponding repurchase conditions.

2. make sure that the goods are ready for dispatch. Don’t forget: Attach a copy of the return note to the return shipment.

3. the shipment will be collected immediately by the service provider commissioned by Zweygart (parcel service/forwarding company). Unfree returns will not be accepted!

Please understand that we do not want to expect our employees to take back soiled goods. Therefore we ask you to wash (clothing) or otherwise clean (e.g. shoes) also rejected goods before returning them.

TRANSPORT DAMAGES

Hidden damage must be reported to us in writing immediately (within 7 days of receipt of the goods), stating the extent of the damage.

On request, we deliver all orders up to max. 30 kg received by 2 p.m. within Germany

(without islands, without customs exclusion areas) for the following delivery flat rates:

until 10.00 19.95 €
until 12.00 14.95 €
until 18.00 h 9.95 €

Saturday service:
Also on Saturdays we deliver to you (until 12.00 o’clock), if the order is available until Friday 14.00 o’clock!
The Saturday delivery flat rate within Germany (up to max. 30 kg) amounts to 19.95€
